The programme

The MyEWheel affiliate programme lets approved partners earn a commission on qualifying sales referred through their unique link. Participation is subject to approval and these terms.

Tracking & attribution

Referrals are attributed using a cookie set when a visitor clicks your link, valid for a defined attribution window (e.g. 7 days). A sale qualifies only when it is completed, paid and not returned, cancelled or subject to a chargeback.

Commissions & exclusions

Commission rates are published in your affiliate dashboard. Items on active promotion, certain low-margin categories, shipping, taxes and deposits may be excluded from commissionable value. Self-referrals and orders you place for yourself do not qualify.

Payouts

Approved commissions are paid on the stated schedule once a minimum threshold is reached, after the return window has closed. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Acceptable promotion

You must promote MyEWheel honestly and lawfully. Spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, and unauthorised discount/coupon posting are prohibited and may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the programme.

Changes & termination

We may change rates or terms, or suspend/terminate participation, with reasonable notice. Fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination and withheld payouts.
