A private classifieds marketplace

"Occasion" is a classifieds marketplace where private individuals list used electric unicycles and related equipment. Listings are created by third-party sellers. MyEWheel provides the platform only and is not the seller, buyer, agent or party to any transaction between users.

No MyEWheel liability

MyEWheel does not own, inspect, test, warrant or guarantee any listed item and makes no representation about its condition, legality, safety, authenticity or fitness for purpose. Any purchase is entirely at your own risk and is a contract solely between buyer and seller. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyEWheel accepts no liability for listings, communications, payments, meet-ups, goods or any loss arising from use of the marketplace.

No funds handled

MyEWheel does not process, hold, escrow or handle any payment between users. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and delivery directly and independently. Be cautious of advance-payment requests and inspect items before paying where possible.

Contact-relay privacy

To protect users, initial contact may be handled through a relay so personal contact details are not exposed until users choose to share them. You must not use the relay or any shared details for spam, harassment or unlawful purposes. Do not publish other people's personal data without their consent.

Prohibited listings & conduct

No stolen, counterfeit, recalled or unsafe goods; no fraudulent, misleading or unlawful listings. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that breach these terms, but we are under no obligation to monitor content.

Consumer law

Sales between private individuals may not carry the statutory consumer guarantees that apply to purchases from a professional trader. Consider this before buying.
