Pre-order Terms

Last updated: Aug 14, 2026

Draft. This document is placeholder copy pending review by qualified legal counsel and is not yet binding.

How pre-orders work

A pre-order lets you reserve an item that is not yet in stock. Estimated availability dates are shown on the product page and are indicative only — they may move due to manufacturing and shipping factors outside our control.

Deposit

Pre-orders are secured with a deposit charged at the time of order. The remaining balance is requested when stock arrives and before dispatch. We will contact you to collect the balance; if it is not paid within the stated window, we may release your reservation.

Processing fee

A small, clearly stated processing fee may form part of the deposit to cover payment and handling costs. Where permitted by law, this processing fee is non-refundable if you cancel the pre-order for reasons other than our failure to deliver.

Cancellation & consumer rights

Your statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal that applies once goods are delivered, are unaffected by these pre-order terms. If we cancel a pre-order or cannot fulfil it, you receive a full refund including any processing fee.

Price

The price of a pre-ordered item is the price confirmed at the time you place the pre-order, unless otherwise stated.
