Rental Terms

Eligibility

Rentals are available to adults (18+) who provide valid identification and accept these terms. You confirm you are physically able to operate the equipment and will wear appropriate protective gear.

Deposit & payment

A refundable security deposit is taken before the rental period and released after the equipment is returned undamaged and on time. Rental fees are charged per the selected period.

Use of equipment

You must use the equipment lawfully and follow all safety instructions. You are responsible for compliance with local road/traffic rules governing electric unicycles and scooters. The equipment must not be sublet, modified, raced or used off the terms agreed.

Damage, loss & theft

You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Loss, theft or damage beyond fair wear and tear may be charged against the deposit and, where costs exceed it, invoiced separately. Report accidents, theft or faults to us immediately.

Return

Return the equipment by the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges. We may end a rental early for unsafe or improper use without refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyEWheel is not liable for injury or loss arising from your use of rented equipment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
