Warranty Policy

Last updated: 14 aug. 2026

Draft. This document is placeholder copy pending review by qualified legal counsel and is not yet binding.

Legal guarantee of conformity

As an EU consumer you benefit from a statutory legal guarantee: goods must conform to the contract. Where they do not, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity (repair or replacement) or, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund, for the period provided by law in your country (generally at least two years from delivery).

Commercial warranty

Some products carry an additional manufacturer or MyEWheel commercial warranty covering defined components (e.g. motor, controller, battery) for a stated period. Any commercial warranty is in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory rights.

What is not covered

Warranties do not cover normal wear (tyres, pads, grips), damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, water ingress beyond the rated IP level, or use outside the product's specifications.

Making a claim

Contact our support team with your order number, the serial number and a description (and photos/video) of the fault. We will advise on diagnosis, repair, replacement or return. Where a device is registered to you at fulfilment, your warranty is recorded automatically.

Batteries

Batteries are consumable items; a gradual reduction in capacity over time and charge cycles is expected and is not a defect. Follow charging and storage guidance to preserve battery health and safety.
